Requests for funding comprising no more than two pages (appendices may be allowed, if necessary) should be submitted by mail and should use the appropriate application form. The foundation will make an initial assessment of the request and inform the applicant in writing within four weeks stating whether the project is suitable and will be studied further. In this case, a detailed application will be requested.

However, this should not be deemed an advance decision regarding approval of the project concerned. The Board of Trustees decides on the applications. It meets twice a year and, accordingly, the application deadlines are 15 April and 15 October of every year. An advance inquiry by phone is recommended.
